Most marketing advice is written for companies that already have a marketing team. This is not that.
NFK Digital exists for the other kind of business. The kind where the person doing the marketing is also answering customer emails, chasing invoices, packing orders, and wondering why Tuesday’s Instagram post got three likes.
Micro-businesses (fewer than 10 employees) make up the vast majority of all UK businesses. They are the independent shops, the solo founders, the small studios, the one-person services that give high streets and local economies their character. And they are almost entirely ignored by an industry that would rather sell them a £2,000-a-month retainer than a straight answer.
NFK Digital was built out of frustration with exactly that. The jargon. The generic playbooks built for brands with budgets. The advice that sounds good until you actually try to follow it with two hours spare on a Wednesday evening.
So we built something different. Practical resources, honest guidance, and a programme designed to give micro-businesses real marketing leverage without requiring a team or a large spend. No fluff, no upsells, no pretending that posting more content is a strategy.
Our Mission
Our mission is straightforward: give micro-businesses the knowledge and confidence to make marketing work on their terms, whatever those terms look like.
